Pallavi Deshpande is a technology leader with over 20 years of experience across roles in the USA, Singapore, India, and the UK. Currently the Director of Portfolio Delivery at Pearson, London, she was named "Digital Leader of the Year-Enterprise" at the Women in Tech Excellence Awards 2022 for her outstanding delivery and leadership.

A certified AWS Cloud Architect Associate and Microsoft Certified Professional, Pallavi is known for building high-performing teams, championing Agile practices, and fostering collaboration. She leads Women in Technology initiatives at Pearson and mentors aspiring tech professionals through Reed Women in Technology Community. Additionally, she volunteers as a Director/Trustee for Aspire Learning Trust in the UK.
